Start with Customer experience
Bravo! I really admire Steve Jobs even more after the way he handled this question. He turned a tricky question into a memorable moment. Instead of letting a loser ruins his speech, Jobs took advantage of that and explained why Apple has had such success.
The customer experience Jobs talked about might be what has given Apple loyalty from its customers. I do agree when he says “You’ve got to start with the customer experience and work backwards for the technology.”
Other companies should follow this rule. Technology is useless if it doesn’t fulfill people’s need. Apple is always thinking about its customers’ need before developing new technologies.
